NEPHTHYS LIMITED is a private equity investment vehicle that invests in the economy, people and private equity deals around the world in different sectors of the industry, such as finance, infrastructure, IT, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, hospitality, asset management and the digital economy.
The fund manages a wealth on behalf of its benefitiary owners on a trustee basis. The fund has a professional manager who manages asset allocations, overseeing the portfolio and actively buying , selling and holding assets and building hedging strategies. The fund follows APT principles (Asset Protection Trust) – it protects assets of ultimate beneficiary owners from claims of potential future creditors.
This type of strategy is related to mature companies with a track record and established business model. These companies are typically looking for capital to invest in major operations (restructuring, acquisitions, reach new markets)
This strategy focuses on investments in start-ups and early-stage companies.
It emphasises in investing in the risky part of the capital structure of developments and real estate projects.

A fund limits investment alternatives to securities of firms meeting certain social standards. The fund excludes securities of companies that are known to practice discrimination, that operate in certain countries, or that produce specific products (for example, those having to do with nuclear weapons, are in any kind of connection to terorist organisations), or companies which were involved in AML cases.
The fund provides standard reporting to state authorities, banks and brokers where it holds accounts and positions. It reports its results to ultimate beneficiary owners on yearly basis. The fund finantial reports are audited by independent auditors.
